Our Policies

• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 50% deposit is required in order to secure booking, balance payable on or before arrival if paying by EFT.
• Lion Roars reserves the right to amend rates and terms without prior notice. 
• All rates are in South African Rands and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
• No Tourism Levies are charged at present

• Children of all ages are welcome at The Three Boutique Hotel.
• The Studio Suite and selected Luxury Suites can accommodate 1 child (all ages). 
• Subject to rooms available at the time of booking.
• Children staying in a room by themselves will be charged adult rates.
• Please be aware before confirming the booking that the hotel is a "quiet environment" and there is no dedicated play area for kids.

Cancellation Policies :

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

Period: Current   - 30 September 2023

• 29 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50%
• 14 - 01 days prior to arrival: 80%
• No show: 100%

** Lion Roars retains the right to review these rates without prior notice subject to changing economic inflation.
